RMS Acquires Psicon BV Expanding Global Capabilities in Rotating Equipment and Magnetic Filtration Solutions

Bethlehem, PA - July 2025 - RMS, a leading provider of engineered solutions for rotating equipment, is proud to announce the acquisition of Psicon BV, a Netherlands-based company renowned for its expertise in compressor modernization, turbomachinery upgrades, and advanced magnetic filtration systems.

Established in 2000, Psicon has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality engineered products and services to the power and oil & gas industries. Their offerings include performance upgrades for critical pieces of turbomachinery, steam turbines, and the design and manufacturing of capital spare parts such as cylinder assemblies, rotors, impellers, diaphragms, and Sundyne/Sunflo pumps and compressors - extending its aftermarket service capabilities.

Psicon is also recognized for its unique magnetic filtration solutions, including the innovative CYCMAG™ filters, which combine tangential cyclones with magnetic separators to effectively remove ferrous contaminants from gas and liquid streams.
