The project involves a lowest bid technically acceptable resurfacing of SE 79th Street from SE 41st Court to Juniper Road and SE 95th Street from S Magnolia Avenue to SE 7th Avenue. The work generally includes milling and resurfacing the existing pavement, reclaiming and resurfacing the roadway, installing raised curbs, placing and restriping pavement markings, installing new signage, and sodding shoulders to restore disturbed areas. Note: A single contractor will be awarded both projects based on the lowest combined total from the bid forms for each project. The contract's substantial completion timeframe reflects the total duration required to complete both projects sequentially. Therefore, there will be one official Notice to Proceed (NTP) date for the combined scope of work.
