Lubavitch Matzah Bakery has been granted a conditional variance from Section 24-149.5 of the Air Code. The variance is pending acceptance with Lubavitch Matzah Bakery. The variance is not in effect until Lubavitch Matzah Bakery accepts the terms and conditions as set forth in the conditional variance.
