LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan Veterans' Facility Authority (MVFA), a ten-member board that governs Michigan Veteran Homes, is pleased to welcome Nancy Susick, of Rochester, as its newest board member.
Nancy Susick is the president of Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital. A registered nurse since 1986, Susick has held numerous leadership, staff and administrative positions throughout her career at Corewell Health. Susick holds a Master of Science in nursing from Oakland University and a Bachelor of Science in nursing from The University of Detroit Mercy. Nancy Susick is appointed as a nominee of the Speaker of the House of Representatives with experience in long-term care, health care licensure or finance, or medicine for a term commencing December 23, 2024, and expiring April 15, 2027. Susick succeeds Henry Boutros, whose term has expired.
