The Natural Science Division hosted its Bi-Annual Research Conference and Reception this morning in the ACC Ballrooms. Students from a variety of disciplines, including biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, computer science, and information technology, presented research posters from Course-Based Undergraduate Research Experience (CURE) courses and mentored research projects. The event celebrated student scholarship, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the continued support of undergraduate research opportunities through the STEM Endowment.

The ULV Chamber Music program gathered for a celebratory photo following Thursday evening's performance in Morgan Auditorium. Directed by Sylvia Lee Mann, the concert featured a mix of classical and contemporary works, including pieces by Bach, Telemann, Schubert, and a rendition of "Viva la Vida," showcasing a night of ULV talent.
President Risa Dickson is embraced by René Webb at the René Webb Scholarship Luncheon, honoring outstanding African American seniors from the Pomona Unified School District. Hosted by ULV, the event celebrated students who have overcome adversity and demonstrated perseverance, leadership, and commitment to achieving their highest potential as they pursue college and other future pathways.
Students gathered on the Lewis Center patio for a relaxing Paint & Sip event hosted as part of Mental Health Awareness Month. Organized by the Lewis Center and Tri-City Mental Health, the workshop encouraged students to unwind through a guided painting activity while enjoying drinks, snacks, and a creative community atmosphere.
