PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE - Gas Aggregation
Pursuant to Section 4929.26 of the Ohio Revised Code, Clayton, Ohio shall conduct public hearings for the purpose of obtaining public input on the Plan of Operation and Governance of the natural gas aggregation program. The Plan of Operation and Governance include the following provisions: (1) service provided; (2) determination of rates; (3) opt-out procedures; (4) billing and credit; (5) switching fees; and, (6) participation in the aggregation program.
The public hearing shall be held at the City of Clayton Government Center, 6996 Taywood Road Englewood, OH 45322 on Thursday, January 8th at 12pm and 6pm.
