$26 Million Loan Paving Way for 102-Unit Apartment Building in Guilderland, NY

FAIRFIELD, NJ - Supporting development of a 102-unit apartment building within the Hamilton Parc 55+ community in Guilderland, NY, Kearny Bank has provided $26 million in financing to Hiawatha Land Development. The loan is helping fund construction costs for the project, which is scheduled for completion late in 2026.

Located on a 6.6-acre site, the 108,000-square-foot, three-story structure is the second phase of Hamilton Parc. Phase I, completed in 2024, consists of 154 units and offers an array of amenities.

"We're committed to supporting commercial development throughout markets - like Guilderland and all of New York's Capital District - where we have the privilege of conducting business," says Gary Brozowski, Kearny Bank's Director of Commercial Real Estate Lending. "Working with clients like the principals of Hiawatha on this type of project helps strengthen local economies while fostering sustained growth."

In the past two years, Kearny Bank has provided more than $500 million in financing for commercial real estate projects in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.
