On September 16, 2025 (the "Closing Date"), the Capital One Multi-asset Execution Trust issued its Class A(2025-1) Notes and Class A(2025-2) Notes.
Credit Risk Retention
On the Closing Date, the Master Trust Transferor Interest was $13,286,227,959, representing approximately 130.18% of the aggregate adjusted outstanding investor ABS interests as of the Closing Date, measured in accordance with the provisions of the U.S. risk retention rules.
