Amendments to Code of Ethics (Form 8-K)
Item 5.05. Amendments to the Registrant's Code of Ethics.
On July 30, 2026, the Board of Directors of Mesa Laboratories, Inc. (the "Company") approved an amended and restated Code of Ethics and Business Conduct (the "Code"), effective immediately. The amended Code updates and modernizes the Company's existing Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, including revisions relating to external communications and social media, as well as other clarifying, administrative, compliance and procedural updates.
The foregoing description is qualified in its entirety by reference to the Code.
The Code is filed as Exhibit 14.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
