Fort Peck/FEMA Assistance Center to Close September 30

Fort Peck Assiniboine and Sioux Tribes - Wednesday, Sept. 30 is the last day for in-person assistance at the Fort Peck/FEMA Assistance Center in the Wolf Point Community Center for enrolled members of the Fort Peck Assiniboine and Sioux Tribes who have qualified for FEMA disaster assistance for the Dec. 17-18 severe winter storm and straight-line winds.

FEMA specialists are available at the Assistance Center through Sept. 30 to help update applications, accept and upload required documents, answer questions, and check on application status. Help is also available for applicants who have been found ineligible and want to appeal. Applicants have 60 days to file an appeal from the date listed on their determination letter from FEMA.

After the Assistance Center closes on Sept. 30 FEMA specialists will be available by phone at 406-200-7903 from 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The Fort Peck/FEMA Assistance Center in the Wolf Point Community Center is located at 515 6th Ave S. Wolf Point, MT 59201. Hours are Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
