În anul 2025 activau 1 465 de instituții de educație timpurie, la care erau înscriși 122,9 mii de copii. La 100 de locuri reveneau în medie 70 de copii înscriși. Totodată, numărul cadrelor de conducere și didactice a fost de 12,5 mii de persoane.
