The European Commission has launched a call for evidence in support of the impact assessment for the future single basic act governing European partnerships implemented as joint undertakings.
The initiative forms part of the preparation of the next generation of institutionalised European partnerships in the context of the next Multiannual Financial Framwork (MFF), and in particular, the Horizon Europe framework programme (2028-2034), as well as the European Competitiveness Fund.
The Commission is seeking feedback from stakeholders on the functioning, effectiveness, efficiency and future design of the Joint Undertakings, with a view to informing the preparation of the future legislative framework.
All information on the call for evidence and details on how to submit contributions is available online.
We encourage all SESAR stakeholders to contribute by providing experience and views on the challenges, opportunities and policy options that should be considered.
When drafting your submission, we invite you to consider the SESAR competitiveness factsheet and the European ATM Master Plan 2025.
The deadline for submissions is 14 July 2026.
