Kirkland & Ellis represented Coller Capital (Coller), one of the world's largest dedicated private market secondaries managers, on a strategic minority investment from State Street Investment Management (State Street). The investment from State Street aims to support Coller's long-term growth strategy, expanding access to secondaries to a broader range of investors and markets.
