Monroe County Executive Adam Bello, along with the Ontario Beach Program Committee, today announced the 2026 return of the popular Wegmans Concerts by the Shore series to Ontario Beach Park, 50 Beach Avenue, 14612. The series kicks off at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 4 with a performance by Nik and the Nice Guys. The concert is free to the public.

"Of all the traditions to look forward to here in Monroe County, one of my favorites is the Wegmans Concerts by the Shore series," said Monroe County Executive Adam Bello. "I encourage everyone to join us at Ontario Beach Park every Wednesday to enjoy good food, great music, and an even better community."

In its 40th season, the Concerts by the Shore series takes place at 7 p.m. every Wednesday at Ontario Beach Park from June 3 through August 26, with the exception of the July 8 show, which begins at 7:30 p.m. Parking is available in the beach parking lots and the park is accessible by RTS.

"The Wegmans Concerts by the Shore series has been providing Charlotte residents with free family friendly fun for the last 40 years," said Chair of the Ontario Beach Park Programming Committee Jim Farr. "Not only is it a great opportunity to get out and enjoy our beautiful park but it also provides an influx of business to local shops and restaurants."

Concert-goers are encouraged to arrive early and either bring a picnic dinner or visit one of the lakeshore-area restaurants. Additionally, food concessions will be available at this year's series, including pizza, kettle corn, and ice cream.

Wegmans sponsors the family-friendly performances and the series is presented by the allvolunteer Ontario Beach Park Program Committee in partnership with the City of Rochester and Monroe County.

• June 17, The Skycoasters (high energy party band)
• June 24, Linda Rutherford & Celtic Fire (Celtic)
• July 1, Atlas (funky dance music)
• July 8, Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra *begins at 7:30 p.m.*
• July 15, La Nueva Secuencia (Latin)
• July 22, The Real News (Lizzo to Zeppelin)
• July 29, Ignite Reggae (reggae)
• August 5, Indigo Breeze (Ellington to Mangione)
• August 12, The Dukes (60s & 70s R&B)
• August 19, ALLEGRO (premier party band)
• August 26, The Uptown Groove (hits throughout the ages)
