AVID ELECTRONICS CORP. (code:6103) previously met the criteria set forth in Article 12, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 15 of the Taipei Exchange Rules Governing Securities Trading on the TPEx. Accordingly, the Taipei Exchange announced that the company's securities would be subject to an altered trading method, effective March 10, 2023.
Since AVID ELECTRONICS CORP. has corrected the aforementioned deficiencies, the circumstances stipulated in Article 12, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 15 no longer exist. Furthermore, the company now meets the profitability standards set forth in Article 12, Paragraph 4, Subparagraph 4 and is not subject to any other conditions listed under Article 12, Paragraph 1 of the aforementioned rules, the Taipei Exchange hereby announces that normal settlement trading for the securities of AVID ELECTRONICS CORP. will be reinstated effective March 12, 2026.
