Temporary Closure of Roads in Stromness for Clan Cancer’s Monumental Midnight Walk
Notice is hereby given that Orkney Islands Council has made an order in terms of section 62 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 to ensure the safety of the public and road users during Clan Cancer's Monumental Midnight Walk.
The order will be in operation from 9 p.m. on Saturday, 21 June 2025 until 1 a.m. on Sunday, 22 June 2025. The effect of the Order will be to close Church Road, Ferry Road and Back Road, all Stromness between the hours on the dates stated. Traffic signs will be erected to indicate when a road is closed.
