Asana Partners acquires grocery-anchored shopping center for $151m in Huntington Beach, Calif.

Asana Partners has acquired Seacliff Village, a core grocery-anchored shopping center in Huntington Beach, Calif., for $151 million.

Seacliff Village is positioned at Yorktown Avenue and Main Street in Huntington Beach. The property attracts more than 4.3 million annual visitors and benefits from demographics, including average household incomes of $168,658 and average home values of $1.42 million within a one-mile radius.

The 253,234-square-foot retail center is 95.8 percent occupied and anchored by a high-performing 69,925-square-foot Albertsons store. The property features a tenant mix of nationally recognized brands, including LA Fitness, Staples, Panera Bread, Starbucks and more.
