Route 25 in Cape Girardeau County Reduced for Bridge Maintenance
SIKESTON -Route 25 in Cape Girardeau County will be reduced to one lane with a 10-foot width restriction as construction crews perform bridge maintenance. The section of roadway is located between Route 77 and Route 74 in Dutchtown, Missouri. Weather permitting, work is scheduled to begin Tuesday, Sept. 2 with an anticipated completion date of Tuesday, Dec.1.
Temporary traffic signals will be in place to guide traffic. The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
