Norton Rose Fulbright appoints Eda Zhuleku as partner and Head of Life Sciences Regulatory Europe

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has strengthened its European life sciences and healthcare practice with the appointment of Eda Zhuleku as a partner in Munich and Head of Life Sciences Regulatory Europe.

Eda joins from A&O Shearman alongside her team, Florian Preinfalk and Michaela Lindner.

She advises pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies on EU regulatory strategies across the full product lifecycle, including clinical development, market access, pricing and reimbursement and post-market requirements. She advises on the regulatory aspects of multijurisdictional M&A and complex carve-out transactions, integrating regulatory considerations into deal structuring, product transfers and post-closing implementation. Her practice also has a particular focus on the intersection of regulatory and IP and further includes advising on regulatory matters relevant to patent disputes and litigation strategy concerning pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
