"I applaud the City's commitment to safe, sustainable mobility for the residents and visitors who move through Mountain View's streets. I welcome the opportunity to lead the new Transportation Division and to partner with the community in shaping a transportation future for everyone, regardless of how they choose to travel."

Since 2023, Manzi has directed project delivery at the San Mateo County Transportation Authority where she focused on supporting local jurisdictions to deliver transportation projects, developing policy and funding strategies for grade separations, and exploring extensions of the 101 express lanes. Manzi was responsible for special projects as transportation manager for the City of Redwood City, advancing planning around Caltrain grade separations and the design of the 101/84 interchange.
