On March 2, 2026, Administrative Order, Local Forms, and Negative Notice List changes will take effect:

On March 2, 2026, the following Administrative Order, Local Forms, and Negative Notice List changes will take effect:

1. Administrative Order 2026-03 regarding the filing of deficiency claims. This gives the creditor 90 days for personal property and 120 days for real property to file deficiency claims.

2. Local Form 6(v4)(3/2/2026) The Chapter 13 Plan's surrender provisions are modified to incorporate the new provisions of Administrative Order 2026-03.

3. Local Form 9, Insurance Demand, provides creditors the ability to indicate why previously provided insurance is defective or inadequate under the applicable loan documents.

4. A form order has been prepared for Orders Determining the Status of Mortgage Claim for applicable motions made under Rule 3002.1(f)(1).

5. A form order has been prepared for Orders Determining Whether Defaults Have Been Cured and Postpetition Amounts Paid for applicable motions made under Rule 3002.1(g)(4)(A).

6. The Rule 9007-1 Negative Notice List has been modified to:

a. Remove motions to deem mortgages current as these are now filed pursuant to Rule 3002.1.

b. Add Motions to Use Assets of the Estate pursuant to 11 U.S.C. ยง 363.

c. Clarify that Motions to Declare Liens Satisfied excludes the Debtor's principle residence.
