Euro-Arctic Assembly: Empowering Cooperation

This high-level forum will bring together representatives from the northernmost regions of Finland, Sweden, and Norway, alongside networks, forums, and organizations engaged in cross-border cooperation. The Assembly will serve as a platform to connect regional, national and EU stakeholders, explore shared interests, and identify opportunities to foster synergies that maximize regional impact, in line with national priorities.

The Euro-Arctic Assembly will be a space for strategic dialogue, reflection, and co-creation. Through plenary sessions, panel discussions, and interactive group work, we will address how to:

• Connect and coordinate the efforts of various stakeholders.
• Build resilient and attractive communities in the North.
• Strengthen cooperation structures that support this vision.

While the future of Barents cooperation structures remains uncertain, one fact is clear: there is a growing recognition of the need for stronger east-west collaboration across the northern regions of Norway, Sweden, and Finland. We therefore warmly welcome relevant stakeholders, as well as national and regional government representatives, to join us in Bodø for this important exchange.
