Pearlmark Closes on Whole Loan for The Byline

Chicago, IL (March 31, 2026) - Pearlmark announced that it closed on a $23.3 million debt investment for the refinance of The Byline, a 48-unit multifamily project with 10,183 sq. ft. of ground floor retail in West Hartford, Connecticut. The property is centrally located on Farmington Avenue, the main retail and office artery of West Hartford.

The investment was originated and structured on behalf of Pearlmark Mezzanine Realty Partners VI, L.P. The property is owned by Jasko Development, a Connecticut-based real estate development and investment firm focused on multifamily and mixed-use projects in the Northeast. Adrian Edery and Josh Eliassian of Two50 Capital Group advised on the debt placement for the transaction, on behalf of Jasko Development.

Units at The Byline feature stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, soundproofing, smart home technology, floor-to-ceiling glass Juliet balconies, and custom closets and shelving. The property offers an amenity package that includes an outdoor patio, community room, pet spa, bike storage, cigar lounge, and entrance to the Trout Brook Trail. The property is located in the heart of West Hartford Center, offering direct access to grocery stores, restaurants, and retail.
