Willkie advised Insight Partners as lead investor in a $50 million Series C funding round for Inforcer Ltd., a unified Microsoft security and AI management platform built for Managed Service Providers.

On July 30, Inforcer announced that it raised $50 million in Series C financing led by Insight Partners to accelerate platform growth and AI innovation for Managed Service Providers. Insight Partners acquired a minority stake in Inforcer, headquartered in London, alongside existing investors.

Insight Partners is a global software investor partnering with high-growth technology, software, and Internet startup and ScaleUp companies.
