Block Preparedness Coordinators: Building Community Resilience

Published on March 05, 2026

As we celebrate 20 years of the City of Palo Alto's Emergency Services Volunteer (ESV) program, we're highlighting the people and programs that help keep our community prepared. BPCs are volunteers who help share trusted information, encourage readiness, and support communication on their block before, during, and after an emergency. Learn all about the BPC program in our latest blog.
