Michael Levine
USCIB welcomes Michael Levine as the new Vice President, Corporate Responsibility and Labor Affairs, in our New York office. Levine most recently served as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA) and previously spent fifteen years at Under Armour, ultimately serving as the company's first Global Chief Sustainability Officer, where he built and led the enterprise-wide labor, human rights, responsible sourcing, governance, and sustainability agenda.
Throughout his career, he has worked extensively with multinational corporations, trade associations, investors, governments, unions, NGOs, and multi-stakeholder initiatives, including direct engagement with the ILO, OECD, Better Work, Fair Labor Association, AAFA, and global employer organizations. Levine brings the rare combination of executive leadership, labor and human rights expertise, policy advocacy experience, and credibility with large US companies that closely reflects USCIB's current priorities. He earned a JD from Emory University School of Law, a BA in Political Science from Columbia University, and completed a year of study in Politics, Philosophy and Economics at the University of Oxford.
