'Pet of the Week' - Ox

To spread the word about animal adoption and to help these loving animals find fur-ever homes, the City of Lewisville will feature a Pet of the Week each week in this media packet, available for adoption at the Gene Carey Animal Shelter and Adoption Center, 995 E. Valley Ridge.

This week's feature pet is Ox, a Shepherd mix. Ox is a 2-year-old male, white and black, and weighs about 76 pounds. He is moderate to high energy and can be a little stubborn in new situations, but he warms up quickly once he gets to know someone. Ox is vaccinated, wormed, microchipped, heartworm negative, treated for fleas, and sterilized.
