Dallas ISD News: South Oak Cliff Golden Bears prepare for fifth consecutive state title run

The South Oak Cliff High School Golden Bears are making history yet again as they prepare for a rematch against the Richmond Randle High School Lions for the UIL 5A, Division II State Championship title.

By advancing to their fifth consecutive UIL state championship game, SOC has cemented its place in Texas high school football history - joining an elite group of just eight programs statewide to accomplish this feat.

The Golden Bears will face the Lions at 11 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 20, at AT&T Stadium.
