赵乐际会见乌拉圭总统奥尔西（2026-02-03）

2026年2月3日下午，全国人大常委会委员长赵乐际在北京会见乌拉圭总统奥尔西。

赵乐际表示，中方始终视乌拉圭为值得信赖的好朋友、好伙伴。今天上午，习近平主席同奥尔西总统举行会谈，共同规划中乌全面战略伙伴关系发展蓝图，这在双边关系史上具有里程碑意义。中方愿同乌方一道，遵循两国元首战略引领，推动中乌合作取得更多成果，更好造福两国人民。中国全国人大愿同乌拉圭国会加强立法、监督和治国理政经验交流互鉴，为深化务实合作提供良好法治环境。

奥尔西表示，在相互尊重基础上，乌中关系健康稳定发展。希望深化双方经贸、投资、环境、人文等各领域合作，加强立法机构友好交流，相互借鉴立法经验，不断促进乌中关系发展。
