Farris Represents DeFi on US$100 Million Offering

Farris lawyers represented DeFi Technologies Inc. ("DeFi") on a US$100 million registered direct offering (the "Offering") placed with several institutional investors and led by cornerstone investor Galaxy Digital. The Offering closed on September 26, 2025 and included 45.6 million common shares and warrants to purchase up to 34.2 million additional shares at a combined purchase price of US$2.19 per share and three-quarters of a warrant, with each warrant exercisable at US$2.63.

Farris LLP represented DeFi with a team led by Daniel Everall, and including Rob Veitch and Ian Meikle.
