Regulatory Reform Update of Business Visa Regulation, effective date 25th August 2021

We are pleased to announce the newly reformed Business Visa Regulation with the effective date as 25th August 2021.

Business Visa is a temporary multiple-entry visa issued to any foreigner intending to remain in the Maldives up to 90 days in a 12-month period for business purposes.

Standard processing time for Business Visa is 5 to 10 days.

This is an e-service. You can apply for Business Visa via our online business portal. To use the online portal, you are required to create an eFaas account. Foreign Individuals can create an efaas account to apply for Business Visa.
