Western Avenue, Empire Street to Blackstone Street Closed Effective Wednesday July 22nd at 6:00 AM
Bloomington, IL - Beginning Wednesday at 6:00 a.m., Western Avenue, Empire Street to Blackstone Street, will be closed to all traffic due to water work. This section of Western Avenue will be reopened as soon as work is completed.
