Ocala Fiber Network Phone Surveys to Begin Monday, April 27
OCALA, Fla. (April 24, 2026) - The City of Ocala will conduct a telephone survey of a random sample of Ocala Fiber Network (OFN) customers beginning Monday, April 27, through Friday, May 1.
The survey is designed to gather feedback and better understand customer perspectives with OFN services. Responses will help guide the City in evaluating service delivery and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Calls will be made to selected customers during normal business hours. Customers who receive a call may see the number 352-554-9696 or 352-696-8971 on their caller ID.
The survey will be conducted by Baldrige Group LLC, a Sarasota-based performance excellence consulting firm with more than 30 years of experience.
In accordance with the Code of Ethics of the National Council on Public Polls and the United States Privacy Act of 1974, all responses will remain anonymous. No identifying information will be released, and individual responses will remain confidential.
