MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY
Raytheon, Tucson, Arizona, is being awarded a noncompetitive, multi-year undefinitized contract action on a new contract (HQ0851-27-C-E001). The base value of this contract is $4,432,040,944 with a total value, including options, of $6,342,404,516. Under this contract, the contractor will manufacture and assemble Standard Missile-3 Block IB All-Up-Rounds for the government. The work will be performed in Tucson, Arizona; and Huntsville, Alabama, with an estimated completion date of Oct. 31, 2034. DEFENSE FINANCE ACCOUNTING SERVICE
Ernst & Young LLP, New York, New York, is being awarded a labor-hour contract with a maximum value of $455,430,043. This contract is for financial statement audit services for the Department of War Office of Inspector General, Audits of the Navy General Fund, the Marine Corps General Fund, and Department of Navy Working Capital Fund fiscal 2027-2031. The Boeing Co., Tukwila, Washington, has been awarded a $10,889,535 fixed-price incentive (firm-target), firm-fixed-price modification (P00190) to a previously awarded contract (FA8625-16-C-65990) for VC-25B test maintenance. Work will be performed at San Antonio, Texas, and is expected to be completed prior to flight test. This modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $4,508,429,742 from $4,497,540,207. The modification is separate from the contract's firm-fixed-price engineering and manufacturing development efforts. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test, and evaluation funds in the amount of $5,000,000 are being obligated at the time of award.
