NTCA Supports Streamlined Billing Rules
(September 22) In comments to the FCC, NTCA supported reducing and consolidating rules that telephone providers must adhere to with respect to slamming and billing. NTCA noted that many of the existing rules were written for a voice services market that has changed, and thus, the rules should be amended accordingly.
