ILTE grants UAB Consilium optimum a EUR 5 million loan for infrastructure expansion

UAB Consilium optimum (the Company), operating under the Fastlink brand, informs that the national development bank ILTE has granted the Company a loan of EUR 5 million. According to information published by ILTE, this is the first loan granted to a business from ILTE's own funds.

The financing is intended for the expansion of the Company's ongoing digital and energy infrastructure projects in buildings. These projects integrate fibre-optic internet and Wi-Fi networks, security, access control, video surveillance, smart home and energy management solutions.

The financing provided by ILTE will strengthen the Company's financial capacity and enable it to accelerate the implementation of its expansion strategy, increase its technological capacity and carry out more infrastructure projects simultaneously. The Company will continue to comply with its financial obligations, including the financial covenants set out in the terms and conditions of its bond issues. The loan proceeds will be used in stages, based on the actual financing needs of ongoing and planned projects.
