Secretary of War Pete Hegseth Travels to France
Secretary of War Pete Hegseth will depart today to participate in the June 6 events to commemorate the 82nd anniversary of the D-Day landings in Normandy, France. The Secretary's participation will honor the sacrifices of the valiant patriots who fought and died on the Normandy beaches to secure and defend freedom in Europe in the face of tyranny. Secretary Hegseth will also meet with the French Prime Minister and Minister of the Armed Forces.
