Allnorth Consultants Acquires Dynamysk Automation and Seeks Additional Acquisitions

Long Point Capital is pleased to announce that our portfolio company, Allnorth Consultants, a leading Canadian multi-disciplinary engineering, project delivery and construction services firm, has acquired Dynamysk Automation, a prominent provider of instrumentation, controls/automation, and electrical (ICE) solutions. Dynamysk offers full-service solutions over the entire project lifecycle by integrating engineering, inspections, commissioning, and installation services.

The acquisition of Dynamysk is consistent with Long Point's acquisition-driven growth strategy to accelerate Allnorth's penetration into new end-markets, services and geographies.

Allnorth is currently looking to acquire engineering, project delivery and construction services companies in the industrial manufacturing, power, environmental, water and infrastructure sectors across Canada and the Southeast United States, with EBITDA of at least $2 million.
