"Part of the reason we are excited to bring Team USA Handball to Sioux City is the opportunity to expose the game to people and let them learn what it is about," said GPAC Commissioner Corey Westra. "What better way to do this than to learn from our Olympic Team."

Team Handball is one of the world's most widely played sports and has been a staple of the Summer Olympic Games for decades. Briar Cliff University's partnership with USA Team Handball brings both community engagement and high-level international competition to the Siouxland area.
