On September 26th, Canada Post announced a shutdown due to national labor actions between Canada Post and the Canadian Union of Postal Workers. Please be advised that recipients in Canada have not received court-issued notices since September 26, 2025, and will not until the strike is over.
As of October 2, 2025, the Bankruptcy Noticing Center will not mail notices to recipient addresses that include the country name "Canada" in the last line of the address; these notices will be bypassed. Bypassed recipients are listed within the bypass section of the Certificate of Notice. Additional updates will be provided as information is made available.
