U.S. Strategic Command unveils 2025 Omaha Trophy winners

OFFUTT AIR FORCE BASE, Neb. -

Adm. Rich Correll, commander of U.S. Strategic Command, recently announced the winners of the Strategic Command Consultation Committee's 2025 Omaha Trophy, an annual award that honors the top units supporting the nation's strategic deterrence mission.

The 2025 Omaha Trophy recipients are:

"Our strategic deterrent is credible because of professionals who execute the mission, every minute of every day," said Correll. "This award recognizes those units who have demonstrated superior performance and the highest levels of readiness. They are the foundation of our nation's security, and this honor is a direct reflection of their commitment to that fundamental responsibility."

The Omaha Trophy has been awarded annually since 1971 by the SCCC, a historic group of Omaha-based civic leaders focused on supporting USSTRATCOM's mission and people. It is regarded as the highest honor bestowed upon a nuclear-enterprise unit by a civilian organization.

"The SCCC is honored to continue the tradition of recognizing the extraordinary teams who operate at the tip of the spear," said SCCC Chair Dana Bradford. "Their performances and the support of their families are vital to keeping our nation safe."
