System maintenance notice of the NIA online application system
The online application system of the National Immigration Agency of the Ministry of the Interior is scheduled to undergo maintenance on March 26, 2026, from 19:00 to 20:30. During this period of time, the online services may experience interruptions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation. The online services that may be affected are as follows:
1. Foreign professionals online application platform (Employment gold card, Employment PASS Card, Entrepreneur Visa and Alien Resident Certificate, Dependents and Extension for Other Reasons).
2. Foreign Labor online application system.
3. Foreign and Overseas Chinese, Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macao, nationals without registered household in the Taiwan area students online application system.
4. Overseas online application system.
5. The online application system for Foreign professionals and their dependents.
