Proposed Amendment to Local Bankruptcy Rules 2084-9, 2084-10, 2084-11, 2084-12 and Request for Comment
To comply with a Ninth Circuit mandate requiring all Ninth Circuit courts to certify their local rules are consistent with the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and the Code, the Local Rules Committee has recommended changes to the Arizona Bankruptcy Local Rules.
As a result of these proposed changes, the Court will also conduct a pilot program for new Chapter 13 cases assigned to Judge Gan and Judge Wanslee.
