On February 3, 2026, Debra L. Lee, who currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Marriott International, Inc. ("Marriott") and chair of the Inclusion and Social Impact Committee of the Board, informed Marriott that she will not stand for re-electionat Marriott's 2026 annual meeting of shareholders. Ms. Lee did not decline to stand for re-electionon account of any disagreement with Marriott's operations, policies or practices.
