Norton Rose Fulbright strengthens restructuring practice in the Netherlands

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has further strengthened its restructuring practice with the hire of Thomas Ticheloven as counsel.

Thomas joins the firm's Amsterdam banking and finance as well as restructuring and insolvency practice from De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek

Thomas has extensively advised multinational companies, private equity firms and lenders in the Netherlands and abroad. He specializes in corporate finance transactions involving distressed companies, rescue financing and restructuring and insolvency mandates. Previously, he also worked in the corporate litigation and arbitration practice.

His broad skillset and strategic insight will further strengthen the firm's capabilities in delivering innovative and tailored financial solutions to its clients. His practice will focus on rescue financing, special situations, financial restructuring and insolvency matters.
