MTVH welcomes new Director of Legal and Governance

We're delighted to announce that Lisa Marie Williams joined MTVH as Director of Legal and Governance on 28 October.

Lisa Marie joined us from Buckinghamshire Council, where she was Assistant Chief Executive and previously served as Director for Law and Governance. Before joining the Council, she spent almost nine years at the General Dental Council, including more than five years as Executive Director of Legal and Governance.

Reporting directly to our Chief Executive, Mel Barrett, Lisa Marie leads our corporate governance, company secretariat and legal compliance work. Her responsibilities also include data protection, risk and assurance, Board support and ongoing Board member development.

Her appointment will strengthen the foundations that support MTVH 2030, our strategy focused on residents' homes, services and future opportunities, helping us make clear and transparent decisions, manage risk responsibly and meet our legal and regulatory responsibilities.

Lisa Marie Williams said:
