Chinese Ambassador to Jamaica Wang Jinfeng Attends the First Chinese Reggae Band Performance in Jamaica
From February 27 to March 2, Chinese reggae band KAWA successfully toured Jamaica, marking the first time a Chinese reggae band has performed on the Jamaican stage.
The band gave performances at the Jamaica Reggae Gold Awards ceremony, the Chinese Benevolent Association and Harmony Park in Montego Bay.
His Excellency Wang Jinfeng, Chinese Ambassador to Jamaica, the Honourable Delroy Chuck, Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs, Mr. Bruno Pozzi, Deputy Secretary General of the International Seabed Authority attended, along with thousands of local spectators.
