Stevenson University Mustangs Make History in the MAC Commonwealth Championships

Fall semifinals are in full swing, and the Stevenson University Mustangs have had a historic season. The Women's Soccer, Field Hockey, Men's Soccer, and Women's Volleyball teams have advanced to the MAC Commonwealth Championships. This is the first time since Stevenson joined the MAC Commonwealth and Middle Atlantic Conference in July 2012 that four teams have gone on to the postseason.

Field Hockey

Tonight, the top-seeded Mustangs will host No. 4 Hood at 5 p.m. on Owings Mills East in the semifinals. If the Mustangs win, they will host either No. 2 York (Pa.) or No. 3 Messiah Saturday at noon on Owings Mills East. Watch tonight's game live.

Men's Soccer

Tonight, the No. 2 Mustangs will host No. 3 York (Pa.) at 7 p.m. on Owings Mills East in the semifinals. If the Mustangs win, they will either travel to play against top-seeded Messiah or host No. 4 Hood on Saturday. If Hood upsets Messiah, the Mustangs will host Hood at 4 p.m. on Saturday. Women's Soccer

On Tuesday, November 4, the Mustangs defeated York (Pa.) 2-1 in the MAC Commonwealth Semifinals to advance to the MAC Commonwealth Championships. The Mustangs will face off against top-seeded Messiah on Saturday, November 8 at Messiah University.

Women's Volleyball

The Mustangs clinched a spot in the MAC Commonwealth playoffs after a 3-0 victory over Alvernia on October 22. The Mustangs will be playing Albright College for the No. 2 seed tonight at 6:45 p.m. Watch tonight's game live.
