The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York announces that Bankruptcy Judge Nancy Hershey Lord declared her intention to retire February 28, 2026. Until her retirement date, Judge Lord plans to maintain her regular caseload. The Court thanks Judge Lord for her years of dedicated service.
