The hotel brand's debut in Asia Pacific will feature three bold dining and cocktail concepts, bringing a fresh offering to the famous culinary nation
SINGAPORE - NoMad Hilton Singapore is set to open late 2026, marking the brand's debut in Asia Pacific. The hotel will embody NoMad's signature approach to luxury hospitality, featuring three distinctive dining and bar concepts plus a poolside lounge to deliver immersive dining and cocktail experiences across the 19-storey property.
Situated in the vibrant heart of Orchard Road, NoMad will bring New York-style glamour to Singapore with NoMad Grill, celebrate the city's lesser-known cabaret heritage through The Tropicana Club, and introduce a new soft-serve-meets-cocktail concept with Sticky Fingers.
Each presenting a unique identity, atmosphere, and culinary philosophy, NoMad's distinct hospitality perspective will introduce a range of new F&B offerings to the city, effortlessly combining elegance, indulgence and relaxation through approachable sophistication. Offering an evolving service from day to night, each venue will invite guests to connect and immerse in thoughtfully crafted food, drink, and social experiences - from the hotel's reception through to its rooftop.
NoMad Grill: A sophisticated blend of classic brasserie and quintessential New York-style chophouse, the NoMad Grill is designed to feel both timeless and inviting. Celebrating exceptional dry-aged meats from around the world cooked over wood fire, alongside pristine seafood and seasonal produce, tableside moments will nod to the grand dining traditions of New York, reimagined for Singapore. Bringing a taste of NoMad's origins to Singapore, refined brasserie classics will balance old-world elegance with downtown energy.
Sticky Fingers: Looking out to Orchard Road, Sticky Fingers is a new concept from the NoMad brand, bringing a playful new energy to Singapore's dining scene. By day, it will craft house-made gourmet soft serve sundaes, inspired by classic nostalgia sprinkled with adult decadence. By night, the space transforms into an intimate cocktail bar where desserts and drinks intersect through inventive pairings and unexpected flavor combinations. Offering a whimsical journey that blends casual enjoyment with evening indulgence, Sticky Fingers will offer an evolving menu celebrating local ingredients.
The Tropicana Club: The Tropicana Club is NoMad's vibrant craft cocktail bar, inspired by the golden age of cabaret and the exotic glamour of Havana in the 1940s and 1950s. Drawing influence from both Havana's legendary Tropicana Club (1939) and Singapore's own pioneering Tropicana Club (1953), the venue reimagines the spirit of these iconic destinations through a contemporary NoMad lens.
At its heart is a cocktail program rooted in the great classics of the era - Martinis, Daiquiris, Manhattans, and Cuban cocktails - alongside tropical drinks inspired by Havana, elevated with ingredients and influences from Singapore and Southeast Asia. Paired with live music, curated DJ sets, and NoMad's signature approach to hospitality, The Tropicana Club is designed as a lively social destination where cocktails, culture, and connection come together from day into night.
L ú Bar will be an additional poolside location, offering a quiet sanctuary with lush greenery and soft furnishings. Guests can enjoy aperitivo cocktails and refreshing drinks during the sun-soaked days, with artworks and design nods that celebrate the symbolism of the Heron.
Layering immersive dining and cocktail experiences throughout the property, NoMad reflects and evolves the city's dynamic and diverse culinary culture, delivering a globally influenced hospitality approach tailored to Singapore's modern lifestyle.
"Singapore is one of the most exciting food and beverage cities in the world. Our goal is not simply to bring NoMad to Singapore, but to create something that feels genuinely connected to the city and its culture. Each venue has been designed with its own identity and energy, while sharing the warmth, generosity and sense of occasion that define the NoMad experience. We want these spaces to become destinations for both travelers and locals alike," said Leo Robitschek, global head of bars and hospitality development, Sydell.
Leo Robitschek leads NoMad's global cocktail program, garnering international accolades including the James Beard Award for Outstanding Bar Program and recognition on the World's 50 Best Bars list.
Alongside the leadership of Robitschek, NoMad announces the appointment of Josh Harnden as global culinary director at NoMad. Harnden brings more than two decades of culinary leadership across Michelin-starred restaurants, internationally acclaimed hospitality groups, and concept-driven openings. His career includes a defining tenure at Eleven Madison Park, where he served as Partner and Creative Culinary Director, and includes roles at One White Street, The Noortwyck, and early roots within the NoMad NYC kitchen. Harnden will oversee the continued evolution of NoMad's culinary identity globally, shaping menu direction, operational standards, and the creative approach that defines the NoMad experience, taking a leading role in the F&B development of NoMad Singapore.
Harnden will be joined by Lorenz Hoja as NoMad Singapore's director of culinary. Chef Lorenz Hoja brings a wealth of international experience shaped by a career spent in some of the world's most acclaimed kitchens across England, France, Austria, the Maldives, and Singapore. He spent more than a decade working alongside legendary chef Joël Robuchon, including at Singapore's two-Michelin-starred L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon, where he helped define a standard of excellence rooted in precision, generosity, and craft.

His approach celebrates exceptional ingredients, thoughtful cooking, and the belief that great meals create lasting memories.
